We’re excited to introduce Zui by Osen, a new omakase experience currently in the works by the Osen team.

Our chefs are developing a fresh concept that goes beyond our previous Omakase by Osen. Zui will offer a sushi bar–focused experience, blending the precision and artistry of Japanese omakase with the elegance of French culinary techniques.

Located at our current Izakaya Osen Silverlake space (2903 Sunset Blvd), Zui will transform the venue into a more refined and intimate dining destination.
